The report presents FY2020 consolidated net sales of ¥443.7 billion, operating income of ¥44.8 billion and 19,744 consolidated employees. It sets out four Group materiality themes linked to SDGs covering workforce diversity, innovation, safe services and governance. The company also describes a new environmental vision and ISO 14001-based environmental management, alongside energy-efficiency initiatives at data centers and offices. TIS and the Group are signatories to the UN Global Compact and report a broad stakeholder and sustainability program.
