The report presents Fiscal 2025 as a record year for the TIS INTEC Group, with consolidated net sales of ¥571.6 billion and 21,765 employees. It describes a groupwide Human Capital Scenario covering investment, job satisfaction, women in management and specialist talent. Climate initiatives reduced Scope 1+2 emissions by around 65% from the base year, while renewable energy adoption reached 64.1% and the Group received a CDP A rating. The company has committed to carbon neutrality by fiscal 2041 and net zero GHG emissions throughout its value chain by fiscal 2051.
