Overview

The report presents TKM Group's 2025 consolidated sustainability statement under ESRS, covering subsidiaries on the same consolidation basis as the financial statements and excluding the non-controlled 50% Rävala Parkla investment. It documents a new group-wide double materiality assessment and material topics spanning climate, circular economy, own workforce, consumers and business conduct. Gross 2025 emissions were 10,119 tCO2eq in Scope 1, 44,265 tCO2eq location-based Scope 2 and 313,554 tCO2eq Scope 3, alongside a climate-neutrality goal by 2050. PwC provided a limited assurance conclusion over the statement.
