Integrated Report

The report details the Group's FY2022 emissions: Scope 1 was 1,083 and Scope 2 was 15 (thousands of t-CO2), while Scope 3 totaled 7,727,000 t-CO2; the report attributes the emissions increase to the newly operational biomass co-firing plant and newly consolidated hotel business. It sets targets of a 50% reduction by fiscal 2030 and net-zero emissions by fiscal 2040, and says a cross-organizational GX Task Force was formed in April 2023. The report also describes employee development and diversity initiatives, as well as a Sustainability Committee overseeing Group sustainability activities.
