Overview

The report describes TOK's 2006 consolidated performance, with net sales rising 10.7% to ¥98,514 million and operating income increasing 44.5% to ¥10,544 million. It reports completion of the second “TOK Challenge 21” medium-term plan and launches a third plan focused on sustained growth, CSR, technology and global expansion. The report also describes governance reforms, environmental activities under Responsible Care, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu's audit of the consolidated financial statements.
