Overview

The report is Tongcheng-Elong's third ESG report for 2020, covering product responsibility, employee care, community investment and environmental protection. The Board is fully responsible for ESG strategy, reporting and approval, supported by senior management and an ESG working group. The report also discloses office-based environmental KPIs and a 4,813-person full-time workforce, while highlighting extensive COVID-19 support for users, partners, the public and employees.
