Overview

The report describes TP ICAP's 2022 sustainability strategy across ESG reporting, client support and community impact. Group emissions fell to 58,177.1 t/CO2e, including a 20.8% year-on-year reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, while a carbon-neutral Scope 1 and 2 target was set for 2026. The company completed its first CDP Climate Change Questionnaire and received a C score. It also reports 67% employee engagement, 76% survey participation, and expanded ESG oversight through the Board, Executive Committee and Group ESG Forum.
