Overview

The report covers TPV's 2017 consolidated performance and presents a second ESG Report for the Group. It reports a total workforce of 29,014 and zero work-related fatalities, alongside programs on training, health and safety, product responsibility, supply-chain management and community support. Environmental disclosures include 21,328 tons CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 105,171 tons CO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 1.77 million m3 of water consumption and 31,229 tons of waste calculated from hazardous and non-hazardous components. The Group also describes Board oversight of ESG strategy and reporting and an ESG Steering Committee.
