Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report

Overview

The report describes TPV's 2021 sustainability governance, materiality assessment and ESG performance across its global subsidiaries. It highlights a submitted SBTi commitment to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 42% and Scope 3 emissions from use of sold products by at least 42% by 2030. The report records 248,077 MWh of total energy consumption, 1,530 MWh of renewable energy and 0 work-related fatalities. Selected environmental, workforce and certification indicators were subject to limited independent assurance by PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP.
