The report describes Trafigura's 2016 responsibility performance, including 5,033 average FTEs, two fatalities, 87 environmental incidents and 293,220 tCO2e of combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. It also reports 3,158,958 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions for the first time and five ISO 14001-certified assets. The company highlights strengthened HSEC governance, UNGP-aligned policies, group-level grievance mechanisms and expanded EITI transparency disclosures.
