Responsibility Report

The report describes a fourth year of responsibility reporting, with more comprehensive Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG disclosure and alignment with the GLEC framework. The company reported four fatalities associated with its operations while reducing lost-time incidents and the lost-time incident rate. It also expanded responsible sourcing due diligence across copper, cobalt and gold supply chains and continued engagement with the UN Global Compact.
