Overview

The report highlights progress in 2023 toward its decarbonisation targets, including a 7% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 carbon and a 3% reduction in Scope 3 carbon. The Group also celebrated its 1,000th apprentice graduation and continued its goal of 10,000 graduated apprentices by 2030. Operationally, 96% of waste was diverted from landfill, while the Board retained overall responsibility for sustainability.
