Annual Report

The report describes FY2020-21 as a milestone year in which the company acquired controlling interest in CG Power, expanding the group into power and industrial systems. Consolidated revenue from contracts with customers was INR 6,083.29 Cr., compared with INR 4,750.39 Cr. in 2019-20. The report also records INR 7.50 Cr. of CSR spending and environmental initiatives including rooftop solar, wind power and green-power sourcing.
