Overview

The report presents TUI Group's FY2019 sustainability progress under its four Better Holidays, Better World pillars. Group energy use fell 5.6% year on year, while sustainability-certified hotel holidays reached 10.3 million and 250 million single-use plastic items had been eliminated Group-wide. The report also records airline KPI restatements following the Corsair sale and methodology adjustments, alongside disclosures on materiality, human rights, SDGs, diversity, and employee engagement.
