Overview

The report covers FY22 sustainability performance for the Group's Singapore operations under direct control, comprising 25 restaurants and two central kitchens. It reports gas use of 6.96 million kWh, electrical use of 6.54 million kWh and water consumption of 83,104 cubic metres, while 100% of 16,251 kilograms of waste oil was handed to accredited collectors. The Group had 433 full-time employees, women represented 2 of 8 directors, and the report recorded no confirmed fatal workplace incident. It was prepared based on the GRI Standards and describes an annual materiality assessment and SDG support.
