Annual Report

The report describes a two-pillar sustainability strategy focused on supporting the transition to a cleaner, lower-emission vehicle fleet and enhancing the wellbeing of people and communities. It reports FY24 progress including a 1.4% reduction in absolute operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions, a 59% low-emitting vehicle share in the subscription fleet, and a 65% reduction in first-time-import vehicle emissions from 2019 levels. People disclosures include 20,000-plus employee development training hours, 23% employee turnover, and 94 reportable injury incidents. The company also says its first climate-related disclosures will be published separately by 31 July 2024.
