Overview

The report describes TVTN's ESG governance through a dedicated ESG Committee responsible for implementation and oversight of the BRSR Policy. It reports a materiality assessment informed by 107 stakeholders and identifies waste, energy, health and safety, diversity, equity and inclusion, cybersecurity, social outreach, and bribery and corruption among its material issues. FY 2022-23 disclosures include 3,016 employees, 34,796.24 GJ of total energy consumption, 415.08 Tons of CO2 equivalent of Scope 1 emissions, 6,802.43 Tons of CO2 equivalent of Scope 2 emissions, and 23.43 MT of waste generated.
