Overview

The report presents UACN's 2021 ESG agenda as a value-creation lever, embedding ESG in investment analysis, policies, stakeholder engagement and reporting. It reports Group CSI donations totaling N'000 114,591 and focuses on community support, early childhood education and paediatric healthcare. Environmental actions included solar generation at two factories, gas replacing diesel where possible and ISO 5001 certification at Grand Cereals. UACN also committed to the Nigeria2Equal Gender Program, including a group-wide workforce gender diagnostic and initiatives to promote women's leadership and employment.
