Annual Report

The report describes sustainability as embedded in the Bank's business strategy and covering operational impacts, employee and customer relations, governance, and community development. During 2014, the Bank implemented branch energy-saving measures, including LED lighting and inverter air-conditioning, and continued paper-reduction initiatives. It also reported 26,104 training hours across 124 programmes.
