Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes UNIQA's 2018 sustainability work across climate, employees and community investment. It reports a Corporate Carbon Footprint of 7,984 metric tonnes of CO2eq and renewable energy representing 39.2 per cent of total energy consumption. The Group reports 11,868 employees and highlights around €1 million for social projects, including expanded defibrillator access. It also describes the elimination of coal investments and the decision not to enter new coal-related insurance business.
