Overview

The report describes United Breweries Limited's FY 2016-17 CSR outreach across water, education and health. Water interventions benefited over 1,10,000 people across seven states, while the company reported recharging 38% of its required water. Education initiatives supported over 11,000 children and health initiatives reached more than 35,000 individuals. Renewable-energy projects using wind, solar and agricultural waste reduced the reported carbon footprint by 3,351 tons of carbon dioxide emission.
