Overview

The report presents UBL's FY 2022-23 sustainability performance across environmental, social and responsible pillars. It reports 42,407 MT of combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 82.4% renewable energy, 94.3% landfill-free operations and 100% wastewater treatment. The workforce was 2,737 employees, with 23% women in senior management, while the company targets net zero in production by 2030 and across its value chain by 2040.
