Overview

The report describes a major expansion of sustainable and green finance, including SDG-aligned funding for renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and green infrastructure. It also sets out a three-part sustainability governance structure comprising the Board Risk Management Committee, Sustainable Finance Committee, and Sustainable Finance Unit. In 2024, UCB additionally introduced estimated Scope 1, Scope 2, and financed Scope 3 emissions measurement and reporting.
