Overview

The report describes UC RUSAL's early achievement of its 50% direct greenhouse-gas reduction goal, supported by a reported 53.6% reduction against the 1990 baseline. It also details broad environmental protection, water, waste, biodiversity, occupational safety, and community investment programmes. Employee fatalities fell to two, while contractor fatalities were separately reported. The report was prepared in accordance with GRI Guidelines and UN Global Compact principles.
