Overview

The report describes UOB's 2016 sustainability governance and materiality process, including Board and Strategy Committee oversight and a Group-wide responsible financing policy integrating ESG considerations into credit decisions. It reports more than 900,000 training hours, $19.6 million of training investment, 48,382 tCO2 of carbon emissions and 410,769 m3 of water consumption across the reported key markets, alongside extensive community volunteer activity.
