Overview

The report describes UOL's sustainability governance, with the Board overseeing material issues and approving annual sustainability reports since 2016. It identifies 12 key material issues and reports close to 2,000 employees in Singapore, with women representing about 52% of the workforce. Environmental initiatives included ISO14001 certification for the property business and energy and water-efficiency retrofits at Novena Square, which received the Green Mark Gold Plus Award. Community programmes supported children, people with disabilities, arts and charitable causes through donations, partnerships and employee volunteering.
