The report is Usha Martin's first comprehensive ESG report for FY 2022-23, covering a defined India operating boundary and presenting materiality, governance, climate, resource, workforce, and community disclosures. It reports 3,72,356 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 43,04,408 GJ of energy consumption, and 83,181 MT of waste generated. It also describes CSR programmes that impacted 15,730 lives and sets 10% GHG and energy reduction targets.
