Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report covers USI's 2019 sustainability performance, including its CSR governance, environmental programs, energy management, occupational safety, employee development, and community initiatives. A CSR Committee under the Board of Directors oversees CSR policies, plans, implementation, and performance. The report discloses reduced electricity use, Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions, water consumption, and waste output, while also describing a 2019 work-related fatality. It is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core disclosure principle and independently assured by SGS Taiwan Ltd.
