Overview

The report presents Vallourec's 2011 sustainable development strategy and Group-wide performance. It reports 36.5% renewable energy in the energy mix, 665,813 metric tons of waste generated and 89% recovered. The report also records two fatal contractor accidents and describes programs covering energy efficiency, water, biodiversity, employee development and safety. Selected sustainability information and indicators received limited assurance from KPMG Audit and Deloitte & Associés.
