Annual Report

The report presents Van de Velde's first sustainability statement prepared under ESRS and CSRD, supported by a new Double Materiality Assessment covering impact and financial materiality. It reports group-wide energy consumption of 7,621.58 MWh and a 2024 GHG inventory across Scopes 1, 2, and 3. The company set a 2030 net-zero target for Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 4.2% average annual absolute reduction pathway for Scope 3. The report also provides detailed disclosures on workforce, value-chain due diligence, circularity, EU Taxonomy, and limited external assurance.
