The report presents Provident Financial's responsible-lending model as its central corporate-responsibility focus. During 2012, its Good Neighbour programme supported 39 three-year community projects, alongside £1.9M of charitable and community investment and 5,405 employee volunteering hours. Environmental highlights include 0% of head-office waste sent to landfill and a 12% reduction in air miles.
