Overview

The report describes the company's 2016 corporate responsibility performance across its businesses, employees, customers, suppliers and communities. It highlights 3,550 employees, £3.1M invested in community programmes and 8,435 tonnes CO2e of total greenhouse gas emissions. The report also reports 8,416 MWh of total energy use and 879 tonnes of waste arising, with environmental data reported under the GHG Protocol. Corporate Citizenship provided external assurance under AA1000AS.
