Overview

The report describes Provident Financial's new purpose of helping to put people on a path to a better everyday life and links it to a responsible business blueprint. It reports £1.7m invested in community programmes, money advice programmes and social research during 2018. The Group says it reduced scope 1 and 2 emissions by 35% against its 2015 baseline and reports 38% female representation on the Board.
