Overview

The report describes VietNam Holding's ESG integration through screening, direct engagement with investee companies, and an ESG Committee established jointly with its investment manager. It reports that 18 of 23 portfolio companies disclosed ESG information in 2016 reports, compared with 12 the prior year. A first carbon-footprint analysis reports portfolio Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 14,823 tCO2e and describes the portfolio as less carbon intensive than its benchmark.
