Overview

The report explains that the company fully integrates ESG factors into investment screening, due diligence, investment decisions and monitoring. During the year, the Investment Manager held 22 portfolio-company engagements, including discussions of ESG principles and responses to COVID-19. The report also describes climate-change engagement with investee companies and the use of clean technologies. Governance oversight was strengthened through the establishment of a Board ESG Committee comprising all Board members.
