Sustainability Report

The report presents Villeroy & Boch Group's first sustainability report, covering 2017 and introducing regular Group reporting of non-financial performance. Its first materiality analysis assessed 35 topics and identified product safety/customer health as the most important individual topic. At year-end, the Group had 8,099 employees; its production sites reported 148,646 tonnes of emissions and generated 43,553 tonnes of waste. The report also describes energy-efficiency measures, environmental management, supply-chain responsibility, and occupational health and safety.
