Overview

The report describes Villeroy & Boch's 2023 sustainability strategy, including a climate-neutrality objective for 2040, sustainable products and responsible community development. Internally generated solar electricity used at Group locations reached 978 MWh, while location-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions totaled 90,805 t. Production-site waste fell to 36,131 tonnes, and the Group ended the year with 6,358 employees. The report also introduced expanded EU Taxonomy disclosures covering turnover, CapEx and OpEx.
