Overview

The report describes Virgin Australia's FY25 progress in reducing net Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity, supported by fleet renewal, fuel efficiency and SAF partnerships. It records the expansion of inflight recycling and lounge organic-waste separation under Project Zero. The Group's workforce exceeded 8,000 employees, while the Board and its committees strengthened sustainability oversight. KPMG provided reasonable assurance over selected emissions, biogenic emissions and RTK information.
