Overview

The report describes Vista Gold's 2024 environmental, social, and governance activities while Mt Todd remains a development-stage project. Highlights include more than 11 million cubic meters of acid rock drainage treated, no unplanned ARD discharges during the exceptional 2024 wet season, and continued collaboration with Jawoyn rangers on habitat protection and fire management. The HSE&SR Committee of the Board oversees environmental, climate, health and safety, diversity, and workforce initiatives, while the CGN Committee oversees governance practices. The report also sets out 2025 priorities covering water management, enhanced evaporation, safety, community engagement, cultural heritage, and publication of the next annual ESG report.
