Overview

The report highlights 2012/13 Group performance including 2.67 million tonnes of gross CO2 emissions, 16% renewable energy, 91,272 employees, and 12 contractor fatalities plus one public fatality. It also reports 9.5 million carbon-reducing M2M connections and a Group-wide sustainability governance structure with Board supervision and ExCo responsibility. Ernst & Young provided limited assurance over energy, Scope 1 and 2 emissions, waste, safety and tax data.
