Overview

The report describes VTB's 2007 transformation following a successful IPO, which distributed 22.5% of shares and raised nearly USD 8 billion. The VTB Group reported consolidated net profit of USD 1,514 million. Its Sustainable development chapter highlights review of over 2,000 charity requests, 90 sponsorship packages and aid to 147 institutions. The Group also reported 35,945 employees at year-end and expanded staff by 7,479 people.
