Overview

The report describes VTB Group-wide workforce development, including 94,966 employees and expanded management and leadership programmes in 2016. It highlights resource-efficiency measures such as LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, water meters and the recycling of about 110 tonnes of paper. Environmental initiatives included the creation of VTB Ecology and continued financing of WWF and Arctic pollution-reduction projects. The company also supported 20 medical institutions through its children's healthcare programme, spending RUB 48 million in 2016.
