Overview

The report covers VTG's 2024 sustainability performance across environmental, social, and governance topics. It sets out a climate-neutrality ambition for 2040, a 50% reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030, and reports 2024 group emissions of 8,352 tCO 2 e for Scope 1, 11,606 tCO 2 e for market-based Scope 2, and 156,241 tCO 2 e for Scope 3. The workforce totaled 2,047 employees, with women representing 24.3%. Occupational safety improved, with an LTIFR of 7.4 and zero reported deaths.
