Overview

The report describes a Group sustainability governance structure in which the Board oversees sustainable performance and a CEO-headed Risk and Sustainability Committee manages material matters. For 2019, the RSC identified 10 material sustainability matters spanning economic, environmental and social topics. The company reports environmental practices including waste segregation, energy-efficient lighting and authorised waste collection, alongside 19,788 training hours and 1,421 employees. Community initiatives included charity, blood donation, recycling and health events.
