Overview

The report describes the Group's 2020 ESG governance structure, including board responsibilities and an ESG Working Group, and identifies 35 important ESG issues through its materiality assessment. Environmental data for four key hospitals include 364.4 Tonnes of CO2e Scope 1 emissions, 6,489.3 Tonnes of CO2e Scope 2 emissions, 6,753.9 Tonnes of CO2e Scope 3 emissions, 10,636.4 MWh of electricity and 389,499.0 m3 of water consumption. It also reports 3,338 staff members and highlights pandemic-response services such as online psychological assistance, medication delivery and crisis intervention support.
