Annual Financial Report

The report marks the first year that Wereldhave Belgium included its CSR report in the annual report and describes sustainability work across its buildings, people, partners, and society. By year-end, 44% of its Belgian retail portfolio had been certified. The company also reports 106 social campaigns and social-initiative investment equivalent to 1.05% of net rental income for 2016.
