Sustainability Report

The report says the company completed climate roadmaps for all its Belgian centers and continued its energy transition, with 10,823 solar panels supplying just over 14.2% of its total energy needs. It also reports a 2025 donation of € 1.0M, about 1.3% of net rental income, to support charities and community initiatives. The report describes workforce engagement and provides environmental and social performance tables for 2025.
