Overview

The report describes Wesfarmers' acquisition of API and formation of a Health division, alongside the establishment of OneDigital and launch of OnePass. It reports a 7.4 per cent reduction in market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions, excluding Health, and highlights WesCEF's roadmap to net zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2050. The Group also issued a second sustainability-linked bond during the year.
