Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes WHSmith's validated 2030 target to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 80 per cent from a 2020 base year, alongside a reported 404,420 tonnes of Scope 3 emissions in 2023. It also reports continued work on waste reduction, renewable electricity and supplier engagement, while disclosing 48 reportable accidents and no fatalities across employees, contractors and members of the public.
