Annual Report

The report describes a severe contraction in shipping and cargo volumes in 2009, while total income on the proportional-method basis was USD 2 572.6 million. Its environmental account reports 1 119 905 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions for a defined fleet of 35 vessels including new vessels, alongside fuel-efficiency and other environmental initiatives. The report also describes a partnership project supporting WW's zero-emission vessel vision and sets out a 30% reduction target by 2020 for fuel consumption and CO2 emissions per g/tonnes/nm.
